INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)

  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Rape seed oil
  • Soy sauce (for dipping)

HOW TO DO IT

Slice the carrots 1 cm thick

Spread the flour in a dish

Beat the egg with salt in a cup

Dip the carrots into the flour then the egg and fry on both sides.
