INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 75 gms grated cheddar cheese
  • A dash of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO DO IT

Whisk the eggs till broken.

Add the milk and whisk again. Add the cheese

Heat a small pan with a knob of butter. When the butter has melted and stopped foaming add the beaten eggs.

Draw a figure of eight with a fork, cook till there is still some mixture soft, turn the omelette out onto a plate making sure it folds over itself. Serve hot – the eggs will continue cooking.
