INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and a half pounds gherkins
  • Small onion
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil
  • Paprika

HOW TO DO IT

Mash the gherkins and onion in a food processor.

Sprinkle with salt and set aside for one hour.

Drain and add lemon juice, paprika, sesame oil. Mix and leave in the fridge for an hour.
