INGREDIENTS

  • 6 spring onions
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Fish sauce (for dipping)

HOW TO DO IT

Beat the eggs with salt.

In vegetable oil fry half the egg mix until you have a pancake. Remove and then fry the other half. Remove.

Boil the spring onions for two minutes. Drain and dip in cold water.

Wrap the onions in the pancake and cut into finger slices.
